Established in 1958, Bianchi International has built a worldwide reputation of exceptional quality, performance and innovation in the design, manufacture and delivery of millions of cases, pouches and accessories for a broad range of markets.

Initially focusing on the stringent requirements of uniformed law enforcement and military markets throughout the world, Bianchi expanded to the outdoor sporting and OEM markets in the early 70's, achieving dozens of patents and product innovation awards, that which continues today. Bianchi's specific expertise lies in offering quality, sewn and/or moulded cases, pouches and accessories manufactured from a variety of leather and synthetic materials.

In the early 90's, Bianchi's research and development team made a quantum leap in the field of moulded nylon technology. From this exclusive technology, grew Bianchi's own branded AccuMold' and AccuCase accessory lines which today make up a substantial amount of the company's total production. Bianch improved this technology in 2001 with AccuMold Elite, a rich looking, moulded case, with a leather look. You won't believe it's not leather! Bianchi continues its leadership position in both the law enforcement and consumer sporting markets for sewn-moulded, accessory/case technology for a wide range of consumer and industrial products.


To accomplish this, Bianchi International comprises over 125,000 square feet of production, R&D, administrative and distribution facilities in multiple operations in Temecula and Calexico, California. Capabilities also include various offshore production operations, to meet the worldwide demand and distribution requirements for its products.

OEM BACKGROUND

Bianchi has been involved in original equipment manufacturing (OEM) for over 3 decades, starting with manufacturing quality leather belts for one of the USA's largest outdoor sporting retailers, as well as producing nylon carrying cases for the hardware industry. The growth of this business led us to establishing a separate OEM division to handle the production demand from small leather knife pouches and flashlight holders for sportsmen to moulded nylon equipment for the medical field and everything in-between. Although you may not see our name on the product, chances are you have seen a product carried in a case, holster or pouch made by Bianchi International.

A few of recent success stories:

In 1993, when a leading sporting goods manufacturer needed a pouch for their broadening line of multi-tools, they chose a company that would be able to deliver hundreds of thousands of units on time.

In 1997, a local documentary film company that produced the IMAX movie, Everest, came to our world renowned design team to develop and build a back pack to carry the 1.5 million-dollar
camera to the top of the peak.

In 1999, when delivery parcel personnel needed a comfortable protective means of carrying their hand-held scanners, they turned to Bianchi and adopted a technically advanced pouch and belt system using AccuMold technology.

When the U.S. Special Forces Command recently needed a new, fully integrated backpack system, Bianchi International was the chosen provider. Our unparalleled suspension technology, coupled with our history of reliable quality and delivery, won us the bid for producing thousands of high quality backpack systems to be delivered within stringent time requirements.

From hand-held scanners, medical devices, general electronic equipment and pagers to tools, hardware and computers, Bianchi can supply the cases and pouches to carry them.

Bianchi's own brands are sold to thousands of retailers and distributors worldwide, many of whom have been our customers for over 30 years. We have been a favoured military contract provider for over two decades and continue to offer a GSA contract to the US armed forces. In fact, on specific contracts the US government has waived its on-site inspection requirement, due to our long standing reliability and performance with them.
