Double sided so you can keep two types of Fixed Penalty Notice or other forms. One side has a leather strap across the centre with a keyring and leather loop and pouch with popper closers. The other side has 4 sets of tighter leather straps and a leather loop.
Both sides have a sprung metal clip with a clear plastic divider to place between the document copies to stop bleed from the pages being written to the pages beneath. Closes to one third size. Made in GB.
