Secure Payment Process

Shop with Confidence. We provide a secure payment process, fast delivery and great customer service.  If you are not happy with your purchase. send it back to us and we will replace it or give you a refund.

Making A Purchase

At the moment our site is for UK and EU residents only, you don't need to be a police officer to buy most of our products. If there is an item you would like shipped to another worldwide destination, please contact us by e-mail and if it is possible to send your item, we will give you a quote on the shipping costs and send you a payment link. We may be able to deduct the VAT on items going outside the EU.
It's easy to buy online, just browse our online store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken to a secure page in order to make your payment by debit or credit card. When we receive your order, we will make contact with you by e-mail to confirm the order details. Please ensure your e-mail address is submitted correctly at checkout. All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate.
If you are a Police Force or Local Authority etc. you can send us an official purchase order and we will invoice you on dispatch. (Terms 30 days net)

We can accept all major credit/debit cards, including Maestro (Switch), Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Solo.

You will also be able to complete an order and either post us a cheque or make a Direct Online Bank Transfer if you use online banking.

Online Bank Payment

To make an online payment to us from your bank, complete your order online, complete the checkout procedure selecting online bank payment. Then make your online bank transfer/payment to:

Use your name as the reference. Then inform us by e-mail that you have made an online bank transfer.

Transfers made from Non UK banks may be subject to bank charges which you the payee are responsible for, particularly if your bank use an intermediary bank. It may be more economical to pay by debit or credit card, please consult your bank before transferring payment if in any doubt.

Availability

All items are subject to availability, we reserve the right to alter prices on the site without notice. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not accepted until e-mail confirmation is sent by us, regardless of whether payment has been made or not, a full refund will be processed if an order is declined by us.

Shipping And Handling

All orders for in stock items received before midday (each weekday except public holidays) will be shipped the same day. We will ship to UK and EU addresses and any other international address where the shopping cart allows. If your order is over £109.99 UK shipping is FREE (signed for shipping method at our discretion). Otherwise, items will be shipped to the UK at £3.49 per total order for First Class Signed For Delivery. UK Special Delivery prices will be quoted at checkout.  Items to the EU will also be quoted at checkout before you complete your transaction. Postage is charged per order, not per item. Occasionally, some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers if it is more expedient to do so, we will keep you informed about your order.

Restricted Items

 

If you order items such as blue lights, police badges or handcuff keys, we will only dispatch if you can demonstrate to us that your employment is such that you should possess the item. If these items are freely in the hands of 'unauthorised' persons, it will only make the job of bona fide emergency services more difficult. Do not purchase these items if you are not authorised to possess them, we will not ship them.

Leatherman Multi-Tools Legal Notice.

The law states you must be over 18yrs of age to buy these bladed items, by purchasing these items and agreeing to our terms and conditions at checkout you are confirming that you are over 18yrs of age. If you are not over 18, do not select these items for purchase.

Delays

 

Please note that we will always try to get your order despatched as quickly as possible, if there is likely to be a delay we will advise you as soon as possible.
If your items are shipped outside the UK by arrangement, you are responsible for any local import duty or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Back Orders

 
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee

Buy with confidence. We offer a full refund or exchange on items that are not suitable to the customer's requirements. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt at your expense and must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Please e-mail us to arrange returns, giving us a contact telephone number.

Returns Policy

  
All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt at your expense and in perfect condition, including the packaging. Please do not stick anything on the boxes etc. as this may mean that we cannot accept the return.  We are quite happy to exchange footwear for alternative sizes, conditions as above. We may require a payment of £5 towards the costs of shipping your replacement boots. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, you must collect your item from the carrier or arrange re-delivery. Any item returned to us undelivered may incur a handling and/or additional carriage fee at our discretion. Any order subject to free p&p, if returned to us for a refund, may also incur a handling fee not exceeding £5 at our discretion. Any order subject of any free offers or free items, if returned for a refund, must be returned to us complete with the free offer item or free item. All free offers are subject to the transaction not being cancelled or refunded, in which case they remain the property of Enforce-logic Ltd and must be returned to us with the original order.

Faulty Goods

 
As with purchases from any High Street store, the customer is responsible for returning any faulty goods at their expense. Please return faulty goods within 7 days of receipt, and include your details together with information regarding the nature of any fault. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us before returning any faulty goods, by e-mail to mail@enforce-logic.co.uk.

Please Note

 
You are responsible for the carriage charges for returning goods to us or to our suppliers. We recommend that if you do need to return an item you keep your proof of posting. If you request replacement goods be sent out there may be an additional carriage charge, this will be confirmed with you when you make contact with us regarding any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
